The components used in our production processes are purchased from well known manufacturers of such products. The raw materials are thoroughly inspected before being processed in our facility. The different processes in our manufacturing unit are well integrated to maintain a smooth flow that facilitates production of high quality products. Each production stage is inspected by our team of quality analysts who are also responsible for ensuring that all the equipment in the facility are well maintained. The finalized products are tested on different quality parameters to assure total value to the clients.

Infrastructure

Our sophisticated and modern infrastructure is the key strength of our business. We have set up well equipped foundries and machine shops in Jaipur. These are equipped with all type of Hydro Testing Facilities and have production capacity to manufacture 400-500MT per month. Our group foundry turnover is 30 Crores. Our team consists of well qualified and experienced engineers, technicians, quality analysts, supervisors, research professionals and designers who work in close coordination to meet the varying demands of our customers. We have also built up a capacious warehouse, which is a well segmented building and run by a team of warehouse experts. The segmentation has been done as per the product categories and facilitates easy storage and retrieval of products.
